The Long App began with an overdue realization: countless students across Canada were facing the same feelings of uncertainty, overwhelm, and fatigue while navigating the path to medical school. Our goal was to create a resource that simplifies this journey, offering clear information, practical guidance, and support at every step.

Our team is composed of graduate and undergraduate students with strong backgrounds in mentorship, firsthand experience with the medical school application process, and published scientific research. Coming from diverse fields and experiences, we share a common passion for health equity, science literacy, and the importance of community.
